Sessions:

Sessions can be rescheduled as long as they are cancelled with at least 24 hours notice.

In the event a session is missed or canceled with less than 24 hours notice, more than once in a three month period, a $40 cancellation fee will be incurred.

In the event that Dr. Smiskol needs to cancel a session, the session will be rescheduled or refunded.

Classes:

For class registrations, students who miss their class may attend a future class. Only one future class will be allowed per registration. No refunds or credits will be provided for missed classes except on a case by case basis with extenuating circumstances. In the event Dr. Smiskol needs to cancel a class, your class will be rescheduled.

Refunds:

Refunds for provided client sessions or classes will be considered on a case by case basis. Any refunds issued will be minus any processing fees.
