Crystal Bed Light Therapy is an energy healing modality used around the world and is a multi-sensory, meditative experience that takes crystal healing therapy to a whole new level!

The crystal-focused treatment combines seven healing chakra aura colors with vibrational beats from the crystal lights. We also add music for a full sensory deep relaxing experience.

Dr. Smiskol can also integrate chakra balancing, emotional clearing and cutting of cords attached to each chakra during your treatment. During your session, appropriate essential oils for healing and spiritual benefit will be added to your feet. After your session, you will feel a release of stress, and feel refreshed and renewed with a new lease on life and deeper sense of purpose.

Healing theorists believe crystals are able to pick up vibrations from the human body’s energy centers or chakras. Each crystal and their light frequencies correspond to the colors of the rainbow and target a specific meridian or energy center. The crystals in the Crystal Bed work with each of your chakras to help you cleanse, energize, and bring these them into balance and provide a feeling of balance, calm and peace. The process allows the other aspects of ourselves, whether it be mental, emotional, or physical to also be brought into balance. When our chakras are out of balance, the bodies own natural healing mechanisms are unable to function properly, resulting in illness and a lack of vitality.

Crystals act as conduits for healing, allowing positive healing energy to flow into the body as negative energy flows out. They are utilized extensively in modern technology things like computers, tablets, and cell phones to help turn their mechanical energy into electrical signals similar to how the crystal light frequencies work in our body.

We use the rainbow of crystal lights, or the visible light spectrum, which is the energy that we can see. This relates to the chakra centers of our energy system. Each chakra is a different color, so we’re basically lining up that appropriate color with the appropriate chakra center to balance the chakra system to bring the body, mind and spirit back to homeostasis.

What A Session Is Like And What you can expect

You lie fully clothed in comfortable clothes on the massage table. Then we put an eye covering on over your eyes for your first session. Then we cover you up with a sheet or blanket and you lie there for the full session which can be 20, 40, or 60 minutes. You lie under the Crystal Light Therapy Bed and the lights are turned on with a pulsing beat coming from the different colored auric lights. Then we put on deeply relaxing spa music and leave the room until you are done. You will rest deeply for the full time and may fall asleep. Many people report unique experiences.
