FAQ

1. You are greeted at my door with a smile and I serve you an herbal medicinal tea or filtered water while you fill out an in-depth health intake form. The full appointment for your Wellness Consultation is approximately 2 hours.

2. I do a wellness skin galvanization Zyto Balance Wellness scan to check your energy baseline and then we look at stress and energy levels, hydration and sleep levels, organ health, autoimmune issues, and work with any diagnosis provided by your doctor or healthcare professional. I also have you bring in your medications and supplements you are taking to make sure they synergistically work together based on your doctor’s diagnosis, if you bring one in, and the energetic findings we discover.

We also look at what emotions may be affecting you on the Zyto Balance Wellness scan. For example if someone comes in with anxiety or depression issues, we will look at the emotions of grief or sadness and lung issues, if it shows up on the scan or you are experiencing any of these health concerns. If someone shows up with breast cancer then we also look at mothering issues with your children or the issues you had with your mother. Many times emotions increase the severity of our health issues. If we can pay attention to our emotions and what we are feeling, many times the health concern can return to homeostasis or balance by dealing with these emotions and the whole body system with body, mind, and spirit.

3. We then go over custom wellness suggestions based on the Zyto Balance scan and make recommendations for supplements, herbs, and a cellular cleanse, if indicated, to assist in detoxification and rebuilding the microbiome to strengthen the immune system.

4. Iridology is done where I look at your organ health, and I also look at the face, ears for heart health, tongue, and nails to analyze health current health concerns.

5 A full analysis of Reflexology is often done to triangulate my health findings in a follow up session. The session includes an eye covering with essential oils for that day to assist you by breathing the fragrance and it will also be administered to the feet depending on the health condition you come in for. Soft spa music is also playing as you lay on our Infrared heated Amethyst and Tourmaline crystal Biomat for deep relaxation. The Biomat promotes balance, reducing pain, and has de-stressing properties and helps assist you with a good night’s sleep and energizes you after the session or the next day when you awake. Reduction of pain or elimination of it all together can be quite common.

6. At close of the session, you then receive a custom flower essence which is included in your session and another appointment, if required, is set for a follow up after program packages are discussed. You also receive free add on services like our Far Infrared Sauna, Crystal Light Therapy, or Brain Tap Services depending on which package you choose. After the first session, we often include a treatment with Wellness Pro to help assist you with reducing and eliminating pain and inflammation.

First, a one-page health intake form will be taken to determine problem areas and stress levels you may be feeling. Then after 10-15 minute consult, we begin our Reflexology or Reiki session.

For Reflexology, we do a full analysis of organs and structural systems while you receive a deeply relaxing Reflexology 60-minute session. For Reiki, an hour session begins after a short questionnaire is filled out and we address problem areas and stress or emotional concerns.

We pride ourselves on getting to the root cause by doing an extensive Zyto Balance scan along with triangulating my findings and going over your health history and epigenetics, which are environmental issues that Doctors are not trained to access. We look at emf sensitivities, mold or fungus, or parasites, your childhood health issues and where you grew up. Sometimes the area you grew up, like a farm for example, means you might have been exposed to heavy metals or an oil refinery, for example, might mean chemical sensitivities. A heavy metal cleanse might be suggested if you have mercury/silver fillings in your mouth from childhood. So suggestions then can be made more accurately once we know your full history to recommend a custom program for you which will reset your body. It does not mean you will be on this program for the rest of your life.
